    1. RescAlert does not sell, monetize, broker, or train AI models using customer data
    2. No third party—including federal or state agencies—has access to client data unless explicitly authorized by the client
    3. All data sharing is client-controlled, auditable, permission-based, and revocable at any time

In the rare event a camera cannot be integrated:

  1. RescAlert will replace the camera with a comparable or superior model at no cost

  2. This applies even if the camera was not originally purchased from RescAlert

Two-Way Audio, Public Address, and Zoned Messaging

All Overwatch deployments support full two-way audio and public address capabilities, including:

  1. Native support for cameras with built-in microphones and speakers
  2. Support for external microphones and speakers, including associating:
    1. One microphone to multiple cameras
    2. One speaker to multiple cameras
    3. One-to-many or many-to-many audio zoning configurations
  3. Zone-based messaging for precise, location-specific communications

To ensure message integrity, Overwatch utilizes page-stacking technology, similar to systems used in major airports and critical infrastructure. This guarantees:

  1. No messages are lost
  2. Messages do not overlap or interrupt one another
  3. Priority and sequencing are preserved during high-traffic or emergency events
